I want to thank my aunt Mory for this article idea! She organized the most wonderful brunch last weekend and I just had to blog about it. You can do this for a Valentine’s Day Brunch or for a Brunch party at your house. Anything works!
On the right side of the table there are home made breakfast sandwiches with ham, eggs, bacon, and cheese. Under that there are stacked mini pancakes. The ones with the strawberries on top had nutella between the pancakes, yum! Lastly, there are the store-bought mini cinnamon rolls.
In the middle is the Raspberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast. This was extremely tasty and I highly recommend to anyone who loves raspberries. Here is a link to the recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/75108/raspberry-cheesecake-stuffed-french-toast/
On the left said there are homemade parfaits with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and granola. Under that there were some fruit cups!
To add a little spice to brunch she had mimosas. Everyone made their own mix. The bottles were in a bowl with these beautiful flower ice cubes.
It was truly an adorable and delicious brunch. I recommend setting everything up on a table like the one above. You can use any decorations you want and make it your own! Happy Brunching!
